Excellent list! You have given some order out of the chaos.

"Three hundred sixty-five" is hard to categorize. Technically, time-wise, it would take place at the end of S6. But it's such an AU that nothing in S6 would have happened. Maybe it belongs with the post-"Gift" stories?
