Hah. Interesting. I always think of it as chimera blood, so a mixture of different feeds. No clear blood type etc unless it had only fed off one person lately and all previous ones had cleared its system. (Too much CSI - you always get a chimera story in there eventually.) Equally perturbing to doctors, anyway.
